He holds a Master of Laws in Law and Technology from Tilburg University in the Netherlands and earned his undergraduate law degree from Universitas Diponegoro. With over a decade of experience, he has advised a diverse range of clients including startups, state-owned enterprises, and multinational corporations on matters related to data protection, artificial intelligence governance, intellectual property, and fintech regulation.
Santun has been instrumental in the development and implementation of personal data protection frameworks for many of Indonesia’s leading institutions.
